Angelina Creger

Aloha,

My name is Angelina Creger and I am so excited to be your new Vice President of PHOSC. My first PHOSC event was a coffee chat back in March, and I felt so welcomed by the board members. In moving to a new place, it can often feel isolating and hard to put yourself out there. To be welcomed in the way that I was, was endearing and made me want to give back in that same way.

My husband is a Army Space Officer. We have been married for 6 years. My husband grew up primarily in Europe until he was an adult due to being a military kid. I grew up in Kansas, and lived a bit of a nomad life throughout my early twenties. On the same day I moved to Colorado, I met my husband and he has been stuck with me since. We have an almost three year old daughter, Emira.

My career and experience are in finance, lending, and executive level management in the banking industry. Prior to our move from Colorado, I have set on multiple different boards in support of Credit Unions across Colorado. In moving to Hawaii this past October, I knew I was ready to stop running on the hamster wheel and get some much-needed time to be with my daughter. What better place to make life-long memories then Hawaii.

With my daughter starting pre-school this year, it is giving me time for some self-reflection and what I want to do with this newfound mom freedom. So, I started by own business, still allowing me the freedom to have with my daughter and the flexibility to build my own schedule. My favorite hobbies include reading, golfing, cooking, and experiencing new adventures. One of the things I am most excited about in this upcoming year, is experiencing new adventures through the events held within PHOSC.
